Brief description of the appeal: I am appealing the blocking of my accounts (K1xzy and K1xzy_API) due to a misunderstanding caused by me being phished/breached. My API key was leaked or stolen (or my account has been *****forced, i still dont know what happened, or how this happened), which allowed an unauthorized person to access my accounts (K1xzy and K1xzy_API). This individual made a purchase using my funds and posted content that violated forum rules, therefore resulting in my ban, because of the post made here: https://lolz.live/threads/9009225/ I log into the K1xzy_API account only once a month to renew market access for API usage. I became aware of the breach after noticing unauthorized purchases on July 28th~ and immediately secured the K1xzy account. Unfortunately, by that time, my accounts had already been banned for actions I did not commit. I respectfully request a review of my account activity and IP ****. You will most likely notice unusual login attempts, transactions not initiated by me, and posts made without my knowledge. I have never engaged in such behavior on this forum as i do not post content on the forum, I Mostly use the marketplace. 3. Evidence: Login History & IP Address: I only ever log into my accounts from Canada. This has always been the case, and the IP **** will show that. I live here and have never accessed my accounts from any other country (except Romania). If needed, I can even provide my city to prove this. Any logins from other locations are not me and show that someone else got access to my account. Unauthorized Purchase (~2,000 rubles) via API: On July 28th~ (somewhere around this time), I noticed that someone used my API key to buy an account for around 2,000 rubles. You can tell it was through the API because the transaction shows the gear icon. After they bought the account, they seem to have immediatly changed all the login info and canceled the warranty. This wasn’t me, the ******* used my account for this. I’ve Never Posted Anything Bad on the Forum: I’ve been using this site for over 3 years, and the only things I’ve ever posted were suggestions for market improvements and API features. I’ve never posted anything offensive or against the forum rules. The posts that got me banned were made without my knowledge, while **I wasn’t even active on the account**. Long-Time User with Over $4,000 USD Spent: I use this marketplace daily and have spent over $4,000 USD buying accounts over the years. This account is important to me, and I would never risk getting banned like this. I didn’t do what I’m being accused of, this is a case of my account/API being hacked or leaked. Please take a look at the facts and ****. I’m not the one who did this. 4. Understanding of the 2.6 rule Now that I’m writing this appeal and have re-read the rules, I understand that I should not use the API on two accounts. I will stop using it on both and keep API access only on my K1xzy_API account, which was made for this. I realize having it active on both accounts is not allowed. In the future, I will limit API access to read-only to prevent this from happening again.
