    аккаунт находился на почте, по логам покупки можно посмотреть, если он заходит на акк через лаунчер и еще с проксей каких нибудь бесплатных, общих, то епик мог фрод такой выдать. попробуй поменять пароль с другого айпи или войти в аккаунт с другого айпи
