    Hello to the entire administration of lolz.live and lzt.market. I am writing to you with remorse and apologies. I never thought I would be blocked on your trading platform, as I am an honest, respected person with a good reputation. I never intended to deceive anyone, regardless of whether they were a nice or annoying buyer. I always value honesty. Today, I was blocked because I made one mistake that was not as important to me as it was to you. I understand this because it is very important to accurately indicate where the account comes from. I will explain why I chose the brut option instead of autoreg. It's not as simple as it might seem... I have always tried to choose the autoreg option because I have no problems with it. I buy accounts, so this option is linked to my accounts. But one day I bought two used Mullvad accounts from another guy. I also couldn't determine the origin of the accounts from this guy. Then I also chose the autoreg option. Unfortunately, the accounts stopped working the next day (the guy cheated me). I immediately removed one account from the market, and the other was purchased. The person who bought it from me was not active at the time, so I decided to do the right thing and informed them that the account had stopped working, apologised for it and said that I could refund their money, but I didn't know how to do it. I wrote to the buyer to contact the administration, perhaps they could help him and withdraw the funds from my wallet and transfer them to him. Unfortunately, the buyer was informed that he would not receive the funds because Mullvad accounts are not covered by a guarantee... I didn't know this, and neither did the buyer. In this situation, I didn't have to refund him or give him a new account. I could have just ignored the situation because the administration explained the reasons to me. However, since I am a good and honest person, I couldn't just leave him like that. The buyer asked me if I had another account with a subscription. I replied that I did, but that account had a 30-day subscription, not a 60-day one. The buyer replied that he didn't mind and asked me to send him the account. The buyer thanked me and gave me a review, saying that I was a good person. That's life. Kindness pays off and eventually comes back to you. Today, I don't know what I did wrong to wake up with this information, but apparently it had to be this way and it's a lesson for me. Back to the point. I thought that since there was no guarantee anyway, I didn't have to give the exact origin of my account, because what difference would it make? I was wrong, and today I realised that I had made a huge mistake, which has now resulted in a block. I had no idea that providing the origin of the account was so important to you. I apologise again for that. I am a good person and a good seller. I have 2,000 reviews on Discord saying that I am honest. I also have no bad reviews on your marketplace. There is another marketplace where I also have 0 bad reviews out of 100. Because I am a good person and would never cheat anyone, because I know how karma works and sooner or later I would be punished. Almost all of my accounts come from my own funds (I can prove this by attaching PayPal payments). Only one account does not belong to me; it is an account that is 300 days old, which I also bought from another person. This account belonged to another guy and I used it for about 60 days, so this account will definitely remain active forever. I just checked and the account is working normally and is currently 271 days old. Once again, I apologise for my ignorance and for not choosing the right option when selling my Mullvad account. If you need proof of purchase of my Mullvad account or my reviews on another marketplace or my Discord server, I will be happy to send them to you. Please forgive me and give me a chance to return to your trading platform. I love you and thank you for what you have created, because this trading platform is truly wonderful. When I think about the fact that every account goes through checks that I can't even imagine, I am simply shocked. You have created something wonderful and beautiful.
