Description of the situation:
Hello i bought an Paypal Account from Sepa everything was fine but then my account got locked first i thought it was a normal lock that is fixable but 1 day after i got a email that says the person who verified my paypal account made a new one. I wrote Sepa about it and he just started ignoring me now he is not answering anymore he just made a new account to sell it again please help i lost 70 dollar ( price of account ) + ( 130 euro that were on the account ) in the video i show everything if any more proofs are needed please ask https://streamable.com/3g3fc3 https://streamable.com/nlggbc
