I purchased a product for $300, which was supposed to include full access to a Fortnite account, including the connected email login. After completing the payment, I attempted to log into the email, but the credentials provided by the seller were invalid and did not work.

I opened a dispute to resolve the issue. The seller then contacted me, asking me to cancel the dispute, promising that he would help fix the problem. I canceled the dispute in good faith, trusting that he would deliver the email access I paid for. Instead, the seller used the email to reset the Fortnite account password and continued to refuse to provide me with the email login—a key part of the product I paid for.

After repeatedly asking for the email credentials, the seller blocked me entirely, making it impossible to communicate or resolve the issue directly. As a result, I had no choice but to open a new dispute.

Unfortunately, the new dispute has been pending for an unusually long time without a response from the Lolz team. I’m respectfully asking for this claim to be reviewed urgently. This is clearly a case of scamming and breach of agreement, and I am requesting a full refund due to not receiving what was promised.
