I used the bulk function and set the maximum amount limit to 50 rubles without any mistakes. Until now, the bulk buy function has never accidentally written a number, and there has never been such an error. However, as the limit was lifted at will, I bought a trashy account for 500 to 1000 rubles. This error forced me to consume all my balance. I've traded charging hundreds of thousands of rubles, but it's so unpleasant that I'm now considering leaving LZT. can i refund or roll back?

I have not touched the wrongly purchased account at all. Please roll it back or issue a refund. If that's too difficult, please at least refund an account worth 100 to 1000 rubles (total 6000 more rubles). The actual value of all the accounts I purchased is 50 rubles. It's also a serious issue that sellers are exploiting this bug by uploading 50-ruble accounts for 1000 rubles. Another serious issue is that there is no option to immediately stop a bulk buy.
