Description of the situation:
Whole chat between me and Flameochka is visible on the screenshots on telegram, but what i just want to say that it has been the worst experience every, the customer support i have received was insanely terrible i tried to keep my professionalism, but it is just impossible with him, he replies then disappears, then says server is working while it's not, then just simply reboots it and it works for an hour or minutes then dies again, then to contact him it's a nightmare again, you can see in the proof it took 5 days to get to the point where he refused the service. He has provided me a faulty server, it kept dying every day, he could not fix it, the support is terrible and in the end he replaced my server IP without me even knowing and continued telling me it's working until he wrote new IP like what the actual fuck? It hurt my business, my whole work went into trash. He can not sell abusive servers, because he doesn't own any! I require a full refund and his service monitored and he should not sell abusive servers at all.
