ситуация: истец написал арбитраж, ответчик сидит неделю перечеркнутый и ждёт, когда разрешится вся ситуация. проходит неделя, арб закрывают в пользу ответчика и в качестве утешительного приза передают взнос от истца к ответчику. ну а че, пока ответчик перечеркнутый сидит у него теряются бабки и клиенты, если это какой нибудь отработчик или скуп, так почему бы хоть какую-то копейку не кидать ему чтоб не так обидно было
