He earns his money by repeatedly depositing and withdrawing funds to market accounts at a lower fee than Lolz. This allows him to avoid Lolz's fees and also facilitates money laundering.

Presumably, he only uses a market account for this purpose and does not engage in buying or selling on that account. Instead, he transfers the funds to other accounts repeatedly.

In the Discord community, there are automated bots that take Japanese yen and automatically transfer it to a designated Lolz account.

In short, what they do is sell the balance on behalf of Lolz and earn a commission.
They can also commit fraud in it.
