Description of the situation:
Clear Summary of the Abuse

1. One month ago the buyer bought ExitLag keys for 1300 RUB.
2. The keys were 1-month keys, which means:
   • They were delivered
   • They were used
   • They are now expired
3. After full usage and expiration, the buyer opened a false arbitration case for a refund — and somehow won.
4. To avoid further trouble, i paid him 500 RUB after he said he’d drop the case.
5. Now, he has opened a new arbitration case, claiming even more keys or fake issues.
6. He’s clearly abusing Lolzteam’s arbitration system to scam sellers over old, fully used digital goods.
