Не Маркет Претензия к ThorProxys (360 €)

Hello, as mentioned, I did make several updates as requested. The client worked for 10 out of 30 days and is still working. The proxys speeds since i sell over 120.000proxy has decreased by about 20-30% due to the large number of clients I now have. I don't understand why he's opening a scam report and complaining.

His licenses are still active on Telegram, and he continues to receive his proxy access. Users can be very demanding - I keep updating the service daily when he asks for new features. For example, when he requested a single IP that rotates with every request, I implemented it for him, and he said 'perfect, thanks.' Then he asked for an API link with all proxies included, so I added that for him as well. Next, he said he needed 100+ GB ports because he uses Hotmail and requires very high traffic. I tried to provide what he requested, but this user keeps asking for new things. I've been patient and friendly throughout.

His licenses are active, the proxies are working, and there's no valid reason for a refund. Nothing has changed - the service worked perfectly for 10 out of 30 days and are still working and will be always working and updated, for the lost day i added him back the lost time to his licence, and I've delivered more than what he deserves. Out of 86 clients, he's the only one complaining thanks

Hello i got contacted by but he 0% fair he got on side of the complainer instantly when i provided all evidence i don't know if hes a mods or the complainer double account

Thanks for the clarification i got messaged that we have to talk here so the user was using double account to try to simulate scam report to get money also licence of user are still actif he got a test before buying he was happy for 10 day and he keep asking for new thing every day and i keep delivery them and update every day and here never happy now hes asking for 100GB+port proxy when even billionaire company like ip royal royal don't have the user will get no refund he make me spent 1.4k on Servers because he said he will buy my private pools for 3k, when he paid 360 and his licence are still actifs quality of my proxy never changed. thanks

 

I have not contacted you under any other account. I have not asked for a 100GBPS port? I do not know the guy contacted you and I am just waiting for my money or you getting banned.

Of course I am complaining when the proxy is not up to standards and that the speed has reduced by so much after the test was given and the proxy always kept being offline or just bad, like the replacement you gave which limits the speed network to 300 MBPS which is not enough.

 

keep cry like a idiot i have 86 happy costumer from many forums u just a idiot who never happy and u will get no refunds. ur still using the proxy u just whan to rip me the money.
