    Предположу, что если ты делаешь пасту на кс, то тебе надо подключить directx (либы и инклуды в настройках проекта), сделать инит самой картинки и там где у тебя imGui::Begin отрисовать картинку через imGui::Image, а саму картинку в байты можешь конвертировать через FileToByte
