Поскольку на форуме предусмотрена функция передачи аккаунта от одного пользователя другому, я предлагаю добавить возможность прикрепления комментария к передаваемому аккаунту. Это позволит четко обосновать причины передачи, дать рекомендации относительно цены и других параметров, а также выразить благодарность будущему владельцу за успешное завершение сделки. Аналогичная функциональность уже присутствует при передаче баланса форума между пользователями.

С одной стороны годно, с другой стороны рандому не получится передать.
Что бы кому-то передать в настройках сначала нужно указать ник пользователя того кто мог бы тебе передать - а что бы это сделать скорей всего перед этим должен произойти какой-то диалог.
