Пусть существует правило, что кураторы или кто там следит за Авторскими статьями каждое 1-ое число нового месяца проверяют раздел и закрывают не актуальные темы и помечают их как #Не актуально#. Удалять темы не надо, так как кто то же над ними трудился, но помечать и закрывать было бы уместно.

Можно добавить кнопку в жалобах для авторских статей - #не актуально#, чтобы модераторы оперативно решали этот вопрос
