Dr Web cureit не помог,это пиздец какой-то

 

Попробуй отнести в центр или через стороннее ПО снести под 0 жесткий.

 

файл hosts смотрел?
посмотри ccleaner'ом что у тебя в автозагрузке стоит?
посмотри планировщик задач, не висит ли там чего на запуск
если не ничего не найдёт - попробуем другие варианты.

 

@pvolab,нету ни чего,только что пересмотрел CCleaner . Где этот hosts искать? Главное и в поиске не найду ни хера

 

Щелкни кнопку Пуск и выбери элемент "Выполнить", введи команду %WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc и нажми кнопку ОК.

 

По умолчанию должен выглядеть вот так:
