Предлагаю ввести срок давности предупреждений: если с момента последнего предупреждения прошёл год ( время на усмотрение админов), и селлер снова нарушил правила, ему выносится новое предупреждение, а не бан. Это справедливо, так как отсутствие нарушений в течение года демонстрирует стремление селлера к соблюдению правил
