2. Краткое описание жалобы: Purchased a Kucoin account and then deleted his Telegram account and never replaced the account.
3. Доказательства: He scammed me for a small amount of $60 in TRX Tron. I bought a Kucoin account and he provided me with an account with 2FA login, so the accounts were unusable. I couldn't access them :(. I requested a new account, but he never provided one. He then deleted his Telegram username, and then the one listed on Lolz.
