    1. In the Arbitration section, the cost of services / goods is determined by the Arbitrator or Moderator, his decision is final.
    2. Any complaints must be substantiated and supported by evidence (screenshots of money transfers, correspondence, etc.).
    2.1. Filing unsubstantiated complaints and/or complaints without evidence is prohibited (issuance of a temporary block for up to 7 (seven) days).
    3. Repeated arbitrations are prohibited, otherwise you will receive a temporary ban for arbitration abuse (issuance of a temporary block for up to 7 (seven) days).
    3.1. With the exception of cases where the complaint was considered incompetently, new evidence has emerged, the number of defendants has increased and other constructive factors.
    4. Decisions of arbitrators in the Arbitration section may be reviewed by other arbitrators or forum administrators.
    5. Messages mentioning AMS and ST are prohibited. (Ex: "root look.") (penalty - violation points!!!)
    6. If after 24 hours the claimant does not answer the questions of the arbitrators, the complaint is automatically closed in favor of the respondent.

    Important information

    For filing claims, it is necessary to make a contribution in the amount of 5% of the amount of damage (but not less than 50 rubles and not more than 5000 rubles). For example, for an amount of damage of 300 rubles, you will need to pay 50 rubles, for 2,000 and 10,000 rubles - 100 and 500 rubles, respectively). If a product/service was sold in violation of the forum rules, then in order to resolve your arbitration, you need to pay a fee of 10% of the amount of damage.

    Exceptions when you do not need to pay a fee:
    - If the transaction was made through a guarantor or guarantor bot Lolzteam
    - If the transaction was made through the Safe Deal system
    - If you bought an account on the market.

    The system works like this:
    - Claimant pays a fee when filing a claim, if the situation does not fit the exceptions
    - The arbitrators consider the claim and issue a verdict:

    • If the decision is in favor of the plaintiff, then the amount of damage + x2 of the amount of the contribution for compensation for damage will be charged from the defendant and transferred to the plaintiff. The initial fee from the claimant for the consideration of the claim is paid to the arbitrator for his work.
    • If the decision is in favor of the defendant, then the funds remain in the treasury of the forum and are then paid to the arbitrator for his work.
    - If the claimant fails to pay the fee when filing a claim and the defendant agrees to pay the amount to the claimant, then the defendant will not be charged more than the amount.
    - If the arbitrator believes that there was no proceedings between the parties in the claim, then the arbitrator may return the paid fee to the claimant (the case when there is no dispute in the claim, the defendant writes "bante, I don't care")
    - If the plaintiff paid the fee and filed a claim, but did not try to resolve the conflict before filing a claim, then if the plaintiff is right, the plaintiff will receive moneyback 100% of the amount of damage, but without compensation 10% from the defendant.

    If the fee is not paid when the topic is created, then your claim will be posted in the "Unpaid Claims" section, the respondent will be notified of it, but his nickname will not be crossed out until payment for the claim fee is received.

    After paying the fee, the topic is moved to the "Arbitration" section and the arbitrators begin to consider the claim.


    1. After paying the fee, the defendant automatically receives 20 violation points.
    2. The maximum response time to a complaint is 24 hours. If the defendant fails to meet the deadline, arbitration is decided without his presence.
    3. Only persons involved in the transaction can participate in the complaint, points will be issued for any off-topic messages.
    3.1. In rare cases, a temporary ban may be issued for a period of 1 (One) to 7 (Seven) days, the decision to block is applied by the Arbitrator or the Moderator at their discretion.
    3.2. It is forbidden to remove evidence after a verdict has been issued.
    4. Decisions of arbitrators and moderators are not discussed. Rarely revised.
    4.1. The decision may be appealed within 10 days after the arbitrator's verdict.



    Settlement of the conflict.

    - If the defendant decided to compensate the plaintiff for damages within a month after the decision was made, then the defendant returns the damage in the amount indicated in the complaint, as well as returns the fee, unless there was no fee or the plaintiff paid the fee and filed a claim, but did not try to resolve the conflict before filing a claim.
    - If more than a month has passed since the decision was made, then the defendant compensates for the damage, increased by 2.1 times: 1.6 damage to the plaintiff and 0.5 damage to the treasury of the forum. (For example: the amount in the complaint is 250 rubles, 400 rubles goes to the plaintiff, 125 rubles goes to the treasury of the forum). If the arbitration falls under the exception, then the defendant compensates for the damage, increased by 2 times: 1.5 damage to the plaintiff and 0.5 damage to the treasury of the forum. (For example: the amount in the complaint is 250 rubles, 375 rubles goes to the plaintiff, 125 rubles goes to the treasury of the forum.)
    - If the plaintiff is blocked, then the damage is compensated by the plaintiff to the victims, or the entire amount goes to the treasury of the forum.
    - The amount of damage can be changed up and down depending on the specific situation, the opinion of the plaintiff (for example, I agree to compensation for damage in the same amount as indicated in the complaint).
    - If the claimant is blocked for fraud, then the damage is reimbursed to the treasury of the forum, and the forum administrators transfer the money to those who were thrown by the claimant.
